A good book can nourish a soul

Just finished reading Cecelia Ahern's "Where Rainbows End". Magical is the first word that pops up in my mind...This novel is written in the format of messages -- notes, e-mails, sms, msn, e-mails, letters, chatrooms..At the epilogue, it's written in the third person and the narrator says that the main character has just finished reading the last letter...she has stayed up reading all the notes and letters that she has printed out and saved throughout her life...The whole thing is so complete, so...magical.

The main story is about a girl and a boy who knew each other since they were 5 yrs old, who has been best friends for life. Due to lots of circumstances and misunderstandings, they weren't able to be together. They didn't learn about the love from each other until very late in life. Imagine being in love with this person for decades and finally being together with him when you're 50 something. It sounds very story-like, but if you read this book, you'll shed tears 'cause it all seems so real...Never miss any chance to tell the one you love that you love him...

Sometimes, it might seem that I'm a little bit obsessed with reading romance and being romantic. But hey, life is romantic when you think about it! At least...more ppl love sweet chocolate than bitter chocolate. =)
