Have you ever felt like all the energy in you has drained away? And there's just so many things to do and you have so little time?
Take a rest. Do something that has absolutely nothing to do with what you're supposed to do. Get your mind off all those stressful things, and just take your time to relax and feel calm again. Your body and your mind need that. =)
